Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with many great vineyards that span a diverse and varied view into a region that many would call the heartland of California Pinot Noir. Our goal is to create a wine that shows the essence of this iconic appellation.
This Grape is a 100% Merlot. Its scent of Red Berries (Strawberry, Rasberry) and Cherries. Its taste is fine, light semi sweet wild red berries with soft tannins.
Anne-Marie and Jean-Marc Vincent inherited most of their vines, principally located in and around the village of Santenay in the southern Côte de Beaune, from Jean-Marc’s grandfather, André Bardollet-Bravard.
The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.
With an intense ruby-red color, the wine has profound aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, the wine's dense structure is balanced and elegant, with a silky presence, relatively low alcohol, and noble tannins.
This wine brings the force of bold, black fruit, savory spices, and oak onto the palate. Pair it with grilled baby back ribs.
Forty Vines Merlot is ruby red with red hues. The bouquet showaces aromas of cassis and spices with a hint of mint. It is medium bodied with soft and juicy tannins. This wine would be the perfect accompaniment for white meat dishes or as an aperitif.
The flavors of red fruits are present on the palate, along with a hint of minerality. The wine finishes with a long, lingering aftertaste.
Clos de l’Elu’s 30 plots span over 22 hectares of vines, located on the southern-exposed slopes of the Loire. The estate focuses on classic Loire varieties, farmed using biodynamic principles, hand-harvested, and spontaneously fermented.
The proprietary name Insignia was selected to represent the finest lots available from each vintage, and to emphasize the importance of blending over varietal designation as a determinate of quality.
This Israeli dry red wine is a special blend of several varieties. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is round, balanced and pleasant to drink, suitable for both light and heavy meals.
This blend comes from a vineyard just south of Saint-Emilion. Rounded and smooth, it is medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and a long, fresh finish. Oak is slightly used and this lets the plum, bramble jelly and blackcurrant fruit really come to the fore.
