The Covenant Solomon Lot 70 is full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon produced in California's Napa Valley. The wine is aged 18 months in French Oak barrels to produce a wine that is rich with flavor and character.
Dark garnet in color, with aromas of jammy raspberries and blackberries, dried flowers, green bell pepper, and freshly brewed coffee, with hints of toasted oak and a touch of freshly cracked black pepper.
The Cantinua Giuliano A Mano Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited Super Tuscan production made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is deep garnet in color, with a complex nose, offering notes of cherries, raspberries, with undertones of green notes, wet earth and some toasted oak.
Dark, almost inky ruby red in color, with on the nose a powerful attack of sweet and spicy oak with notes of vanilla and cinnamon followed by jammy cherries and cloves.

The prolonged stage in wooden casks give the wine unique quality and characteristics. It is clear and auburn, with greenish spots and so concentrate that is has some viscosity.
Pedrabona from the Josep Grau winery is a project located in the Priorat, most of the vineyards are near Gratallops, some small ones can also be found in Pla de Falset. The old vines of Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena grow on the typical Llicorella slate soils.
On the nose, lovely rose petal, violet, and red cherry aromas mingle with complementary scents of smoky vanilla and nutmeg. Very soft and round with good length and richness on the palate, the wine displays supple, silky berry and cherry jam flavors.
This wine, though possessing the characteristic suaveness of the site, does possess a trace more density than years past–likely due to the additional thinning passes we made. It was also an exceptional year for Mataro in a generally very strong year at the site, and the variety makes up over 30% of the blend.
