Pink-hued and funky, this skin-contact orange wine brims with clementine and orange peel notes on the nose, supported by an overtone of honeysuckle. The light palate has a texture reminiscent of citrus pith and tingles with freshness, while clementine and white pepper notes are highlighted by the bone-dry nature. It is compelling and wonderfully light. - Anne Krebiehl MW, 92 Points

Proving that Good Fucking Wine does have a sweeter side… A delicious blend of sweet California red grape, that’s wonderfully smooth, with a bright fruity taste and ruby-red color. The Salem Wine Company was started by star-sommelier, Rajat Paar, and his partner and esteemed winemaker, Sashi Moorman. Fruit comes from the biodynamically-farmed Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills subregion of Willamette Valley, OR and is fermented with native yeasts (nothing added), fermented in large, neutral oak and is naturally clarified without filtration. This hands-off method produces a unique, complex style of Chardonnay with ripe stone fruit, bright acidity and a backbone of minerality.
