Released in March 2022, this is one of four extended cask finished bourbons in the second batch of Barton 1792 Distillery's Thomas S. Moore line-up. Each of the four releases are made with the distillery's high-rye bourbon recipes which is aged 5-6 years.
Frequently hailed as one of Ireland's finest whiskies, Redbreast is revered for its bright, stewed fruit character. This 18-year-old is a sumptuous example of its house style, with notes of red orchard fruit, candied mango and sultanas, underpinned by lovely, warming spices, and fresh cherries.
A lovely apricot liqueur from Armenian producer Ararat, who’ve been in the game since 1887. Based on Ararat’s classic brandy (based on Armenian white grapes and spring water), the bottling has been flavoured with natural extracts of apricot.

Weiss Winery continues the tradition of the family's grandfather, who founded the first winery in Mátészalka, Hungary, in 1882. This special blend is named after one hundred founders of the Mea Shearim neighborhood of Jerusalem. The grapes were harvested by hand from old vineyards, underwent long fermentations, and aged for 26 months in high-quality French oak barrels.
Napareuli is made from Saperavi grapes, grown on the northern bank of the Alazani river and noted for its excellent location. It's medium ruby red, with a bouquet of strawberry and spice and a subtle hint of vanilla oak. On the palate it has a smooth, mellow texture with plenty of berry fruit, liquorice notes, and subtle oak. Food matching: grilled meat, medium aged cheese. Serve at +16C .. +18C
Explosive nose of vanilla crème brûlée and stovetop-reduced dark cherry, red currant, and blueberry compote. Very subtle hints of cocoa, anise, buttered toast, and kalamata olive. I’m absolutely enamored with the nose on this wine. On the palate the cocoa becomes more pronounced and thicker with ripe but fresh fruit. The generous mid-palate is full and plush with soft, integrated, tannins and a lovely lingering finish.
From David C Stewart MBE, The Balvenie Malt Master: “This 1973 could easily have been used for PortWood when it was launched but luckily it was from one of our ‘plentiful years’. It has matured into a stunning whisky.”
The Matton-Farnets have been in the wine industry for almost three centuries, beginning at the Domaine de Chateauneuf in Vidauban, and continuing at Château Minuty from 1936 where Gabriel Farnet, the grandfather of François and Jean-Etienne, the current owners, set up.
