The aromatic power of fresh fruit and beautiful length on the palate are the signature characteristics of the Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne Double Crème by Joseph Cartron. Our blackcurrants, exclusively of the most noble of varieties, the Noir de Bourgogne, are chosen with the greatest of care.
The nose comes out strong and old-vine rich. Village maybe, but it's expansive on the palate and has 1er cru length and aromatic pedigree. Pierre Boillot is a rare master of both the Côtes de Beaune and the Côtes de Nuits–not only does he have the vineyards but also the savoir-faire and skill.
Mercurey is located in the Côte Chalonnaise and produces well structured and pure, fruit driven reds with a distinctive underlying earthiness. Their relative low price when compared with wines from the more famous Côte d'Or appellations makes them good value for money.
The wine offers a garnet-red color, with fuschia reflects. the bouquet is powerful, fruity with blackcurrant aromas and crystallized cherries. Supple and ample, the mouth reveals notes of blueberry jam. to be served with grilled meats, fine cheeses and chocolate desserts.
For red varieties, harvests began on 21 September for the ‘old’ Merlot and finished on 8 October with the Cabernet Sauvignon. The red wines are extraordinarily fruity with a deep color, powerful aromas, and silky tannins with a high concentration of polyphenols.

The 2006 Cab. Sauv. is dark ruby in color with aromas of black cherries, cola, cedar and spice, quite layered and complex. This wine has an extremely silky, velvety mouthfeel and flavors of black cherry, berry, and cassis.
The 2012 is quite pale at the present time, with brilliant green highlights. The nose is well-defined and mineral. Still very young and quite elegant, this wine has yet to reveal its full complexity.
The first impression of the luxurious "Yarden Rom" with a hint of its inspiring aroma points to richness. The "Yarden Rome" delicately and finely structured spoils the nose with characters of ripe red and black fruits.

Saperavi is a dry red wine made from saperavi grapes. It is a rich purple red and youthful, with plenty of woodland and berry fruit and cherries on the nose. The taste is well balanced with spicy notes.
