The newest addition to our portfolio, Espoln Cristalino is a passion project years in the making. We are proud and honored to share Maestro Tequilero, Cirilo Oropezas final creation.
The wine appeared in 1981 and is named after the artist Nikolai (Niko) Pirosmanashvili. The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness.
Yamazaki Islay Peat is a unique type of peat used in scotch whisky, known for its softer and sweeter taste compared to the peat from Scotland’s mainland. This difference makes Islay peat stand out and gives it a special place in the whisky world.
A blend of Chasan, a crossing of Pinot Noir and Spanish Palomino, with Chardonnay. Aged in barrel, it is creamy yet lively, with the clean finish of a dry sake.

Tradition Brut is a very lively wine with fine bubbles that form a large string against a golden background. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. A fruity nose and delicious, persistent barley sugar and brioche flavors.

A dash of Zinfandel give this wine a hint of spice that is followed by rich black cherries, red raspberries, and juicy ripe plums on the long smooth finish.
Dark garnet in the glass, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of vanilla, dark fruit flavors of blackberry and chocolate with hints of tar and tobacco notes. On the palate this wine has a lush, silky texture with hints of cherry and currant fruit, sage, and roasted fig.
