Medium-bodied white wine. Fresh and fruity, with touches of tropical fruit, white peaches, and grapefruit. Pair with all seafood dishes or on its own.
Bright yellow straw color, with green hints that reflect its youth. Aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple) and citrus fruits first appear along with white fruits (apple) and herbs, such as boxwood and fennel. Dry with an amazing balance of freshness and acidity. Good structure and body given by its fine lees aging. Long finish with a slightly acidic palate, typical of the variety. Pair with white fish, tuna, sushi, seafood rice, paella & pasta.

Dessert white wine, perfect for accompanying pastry products, pandoro, panettone and also sweet dishes with cream. Chardonnay and Malvasia blend.

Stéphane Usseglio, son of Raymond, has taken over the domaine in the last few years and he is pushing to reach the potential of the family’s holdings, some of he best of Châteauneuf. Half his vines are situated near the road in the lieu-dit “La Crau” and the other half on the hill across the road from the actual ruins of the new castle of the Pope.
Torrontes is Argentina's signature white grape, this crisp and refreshing torrontes is a classic example.The nose has fresh and inviting aromas of roses and citrus. On the palate its complex and refreshing.
Domaine Jean-Paul Balland Sancerre is a clear appearance with a pale yellow hue. Intense aromas at first, fine, very mild of ripe fruits (peach) with hints of citrus and fresh herbs.
Bright, fresh aromas of pink grapefruit, guava, and lime zest. A dry, crisp palate is filled with flavors of ripe melon and orange blossom, offering balanced acidity with a richly textured finish.
