Yarden Sauvignon Blanc was produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a small portion of Semillon, both grown entirely in the Golan Heights where the cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties.
Since 1992 the American Victor Schoenfeld is responsible for the wines of the Israeli winery Golan Heights Winery. Before his way to the promised land, he went to France, where he gained valuable experience which he now brings to the wine production. With success. He made the Golan Heights to the most famous winery in Israel.
