Fermented with indigenous yeasts, with pigeage every 2 days. Aged for 10-12 months in 225L and 300L French oak of different ages.

The Gush Etzion Lone Oak Gewürztraminer is a semi-dry white wine full of complexity and flavor that will delight your senses. The wine features a greenish straw color and exudes strong, intense aromas of tropical fruit and floral notes on the nose.
Our appealing Apothic Chardonnay opens with generous notes of crisp red and green apple, layered with hints of honey, caramel and vanilla.
