Composed of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc coming mainly from clay soils on the plateau and aged for one year in oak, 65% new, the 2015 Clos du Clocher springs forth with profound notes of crushed blackberries, black cherries and blueberry compote plus touches of iron ore, bouquet garni, beef drippings and black soil.
The nose of this Pomerol offers an unparalleled charm. Fugue de Nenin 2016 is a wine bright with black fruit. This delicious second wine of château Nenin, it is chatty but without being excessive. On the palate it displays a great freshness in taste and is structured around creamy, well-rounded tannins, which are nevertheless delicately tactile.
This Chardonnay is one of the richer, weightier expressions in recent years, showcasing aromas of creamy golden apple, Asian pear, and honeydew melon, with complementary notes of coconut and sweet oak.

The Oak Knoll Cabernet site exemplifies its provenance with incredible balance. It is not "over-the-top." The lot from the Rutherford AVA contributed richness and a regal Cabernet purity.
78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc. Deep purple color. Extraordinary aromas of spices and chocolate, as well as a beautiful expression of fruit. It is rich and dense.
