The Fog Monster Bedrock Red is an heirloom field blend of 27 different grape varieties, including Zinfandel (55%), Carignan (15%), and Mataro (10%), sourced from the eponymous Bedrock single vineyard planted in 1888.

Armand de Brignac's unmistakable bottles have their roots in the French fashion industry and its reputation for opulence. Originally inspired by the celebrated Andre Courreges fashion house, the striking bottles are decorated at a single site in France's Cognac region and are fitted with four pewter labels hand-applied to the surface of the bottle.

Rich, with a full-bodied structure on the palate, the wine is complex and expressive, revealing layers of blackcurrant, bright raspberry, dark cherry and cassis, followed by hints of cedar, cinnamon, clove and mocha.
This dessert wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz grapes. Selective hand harvesting brought only the finest clusters to the winery, where they underwent a three-day controlled cooling.
