The drink has a light straw color and a typical Tsolikouri varietal aroma with elements of white fruits and wildflowers, and the taste is high-spirited, cheerful, full-bodied and balanced. It goes very well with salads, fish and seafood. The recommended temperature for serving is 6-8 °C.
