Born from mostly white wine, a unique combination of Uni-blanc and Chardonnay, distilled in alembic stills, this XO brandy has the great characteristics. Shiny and dark from oak barrel aging, exhibits lusty vanilla and wod aromas.
Garnet red. On the nose there are scents of cherries, wild strawberries, caramel. Fresh and well balanced, good length on the palate. The grapes are handpicked, sorted and transported to the winery in small containers to avoid crushing berries and premature oxidation. Vintage 1983 Fins Bois. Old gold dress, slightly amber highlights. Rich and balanced nose, pleasant overall, with a rather "classic" side. After a few minutes, aromas of white flowers, hawthorn and liquorice take over. The mouth is smooth and supple, slight notes of nutmeg and "Christmas Pudding", of wreckage recovered on the beach. Fresh finish despite the thickness of the aromas.
Chateau Souverain Pinot Noir reveals aromas of brown spice and blackberries on the nose. The oak profile is very complementary and integrated with notes of butterscotch and graham cracker characteristics on the palate.
