The St. Huberts The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep ruby, garnet, crimson color. Perfumed aromas on the nose offer inviting bramble berry notes of wild raspberry, dark cherry, and red currant, alongside baking spice notes of allspice, cedar, tobacco leaf and clove.
This is a bespoke rosé in that the Pinot Noir grapes were grown specifically with the intention of making a rosé wine. Pale pink with a copper hue, this wine has a classic "eye of the partridge" color.
The grapes for the Herzog Late Harvest Chenin Blanc were harvested from the Ehrhardt block of the Herzog Vineyard in California. These grapes were harvested very late in the season to provide a uniquely luscious Late Harvest wine characteristic.
The 2020 Great Sage is crafted from small lots of Cabernet Sauvignon from mountain and hillside vineyards in Northern Napa Valley. Whole berry fermented, cave-aged in 100% French Oak for two years, this wine is bottled unfiltered to retain its natural character.
The EABA is more Syrah-dominated and checks in as 65% Syrah, 22% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, and the rest Viognier that saw plenty of stems and close to two years in 50% new French oak.
Crisp, bright, and vivacious! The Chenin aromatics bring citrus characters of tangerine, yuzu, pear, orange blossom, and honeydew melon. The Viognier aromatics tend to be a little heavier on stone fruit of peach and mango with hints of honeysuckle.
