Naturally Sweet Pinot Noir is the newest addition to the Robert Mondavi Private Selection collection. With zero added sugars, Naturally Sweet Pinot Noir is made sweet through arrested fermentation, leaving some of the natural sugars from the grapes before converting to alcohol, the company says.
This delivers a naturally sweeter style that offers full and smooth fruit flavors true to the pinot noir varietal. With aromas and flavors of black cherry, plum and red berry, and notes of spice and vanilla oak, Naturally Sweet Pinot Noir is fruit-forward in taste, the company says. The lower-than-standard ABV is 9%. It pairs best with roasted meats, cheeses and chocolate.
