The Josh Cellars Sauvignon Blanc, made in an approachable California style, offers bright citrus and tropical fruit, with hints of dried herbs and a crisp, juicy finish.
TheLuminus has a striking purity of fruit, and showcases bright citrus characteristics and a beautiful minerality. It has a robust acidity, notes of lemon pith, almond extract, and a silky, elegant texture.
Dark Horse Cabernet is made from a blend of hand-selected grapes grown predominantly in the Lodi and Delta winegrowing areas of California's Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys. The 2021 Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon was carefully aged to develop dark fruit flavors and dark roast aromas.
The ripest fruit was selected from the Lodi, Delta, and Clarksburg areas for their Chardonnay wine and they're proud to offer it as the perfect complement to their red wines.
This Merlot, created in a Bordeaux-style blend, offers aromas of black cherries, fresh plums, with overwhelming violet and dark chocolate the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is layered with fresh bing cherries, rich baked plums, and mocha flavors, accented by savory spices and toasted oak.
Deep ruby in color, this wine expresses aromas of freshly picked black currants, ripe black cherries, and blackberries, with subtle notes of violets, mocha, and dried spices.
A subtle level of sweetness that reflects the marriage of grain and oak. Distinctive and complex, yet possess the balance found in a well crafted malt or cognac. Refreshing and pleasant. And the enjoyment is always an experience of the total.
This wine, though possessing the characteristic suaveness of the site, does possess a trace more density than years past–likely due to the additional thinning passes we made. It was also an exceptional year for Mataro in a generally very strong year at the site, and the variety makes up over 30% of the blend.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon made from our 13-acre estate vineyard atop Pritchard Hill, overlooking Lake Hennessey. This first growth vineyard is meticulously farmed by David Abreu, with whom we have worked closely for more than 12 years.
