The 2020 Tignanello is an intense ruby red in color. Complex notes of ripe red fruits, especially cherries, are highlighted along with berries and floral notes. Its bouquet is complemented by notes of roasted coffee and cocoa powder. On the palate, the wine is vibrant with a layered mouthfeel and silky tannins.
Intense red berry fruit notes originate from the blending of Pinot noir red wine, while the presence of Meunier emphasizes fresh and gourmand notes. They are balanced with the creamy finish common to all expressions of Veuve Clicquot.
The 2019 Chemist is a blend of GSM, Petite Sirah and our newest member, Teroldego. The Chemist has a deep, inky purple color and aromas of berry cobbler, blackberry and tobacco.

This wine Herzog Special Reserve Quartet is a blend of 36% Petit Verdot, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Malbec and 15% Zinfandel. Opens with notes of dark cherries, blueberries, and a mouthful of spice and vanilla, complemented by lengthy, developed tannins, finishing with a hint of dark chocolate.

Sal da Terra is comprised of wine from two of Eulogio’s own parcels. The first, Francón, is immediately adjacent to the Ría de Arousa which gives it direct Atlantic influence. The soils are sandy granite and red clay with 35-year-old vines trained on pergolas.
2022 is an outstanding Burgundy vintage: a warm and dry year that has produced wines with very high levels of ripeness and power, but which remain beautifully balanced and fresh-tasting too. The quality of the grapes was as good as many growers had ever seen.
Fruit is night harvested, when the temperatures are cool to minmise oxidation, making it easier to manage in the winery. After that, we tinker as little as possible, letting the vine and the flavor speak, gently guiding it through the course of the winemaking process.
