In an effort to produce Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon Jeunesse, a wine that exhibits this exceptional character, we cold fermented ripe grapes in exclusively stainless steel tanks. Hence you will enjoy a wine that is pointedly "Jeunesse" - French for youthful, vibrant, flavorful and fun.
Extraordinary dark cherry red color, intense violet, Mediterranean thyme and cassis aromas joined by notes of cocoa and spice. Full and intense on the palate, with ripe, velvety and elegant tannins. Flavorful and full bodied, with a characteristic, terror-imparted hint of graphite minerality.
This wine is phenomenally dark in color, and while it is rich in tannin and extract, the texture is silky, polished and long. In its youth, the wine is showing notes of mocha, cassis, black cherry, clay, and smoke.
An intriguing combination of invigorating spicy bitterness and soothing sweet caramel in a clear, amber beverage. It’s unbeatable aroma and lightly spicy-sweet taste comes from the age-old practice of infusing herbs in alcohol and has long confirmed it as Poland’s favourite flavoured-vodka.
Pure, bright aromas of red fruit greet you in the glass, with lovely raspberry flavors mingling with a spicy licorice note. Another fine offering from one of the Rhone Valley's finest producers.
2022 is an outstanding Burgundy vintage: a warm and dry year that has produced wines with very high levels of ripeness and power, but which remain beautifully balanced and fresh-tasting too. The quality of the grapes was as good as many growers had ever seen.
A medium-bodied wine, with a cherry flavor and hints of caramel and smoke. The wine has a refreshing acidity, and is very pleasant and enjoyable to drink. The grapes arrived to the winery in the early morning after being mechanically harvested.
Although the whites are the most consumed sparkling wines, the rosados are attracting attention of wine connoisseurs, due to their greater intensity in the palate, besides more body, acidity and tannins little more present, compared to the "white brothers". The taste of red berries is also more accentuated, so that it becomes less citric and therefore a little less refreshing than whites.
Big, tarry espresso notes wrap deep, resonant flavors of blackberry in satin. Dry, chalky tannins abound on the mid-palate with a hint of mint and shale. It's an expressive, ageworthy, big-boy red that offers a defined structure.
"With its slightly buttery flavor with crisp, concentrated character of apple and pear, Almaden Chardonnay is the essential white wine." ~Winery Notes.
