Conniption American Dry Gin comes to us all the way from Durham (not the one near Sunderland - the one in North Carolina), made with a combination of traditional and modern production methods. To start, botanicals like juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom are vapour infused in a pot still. Next, cucumber, citrus and honeysuckle are vacuum distilled at room temperature individually to keep their fresh and vibrant flavour profile, then blended with the rest of the spirit.
Bellows Gin has notes of spices, minerals and dried herbs This gin has a medium light body with a delicate, creamy texture and a good combination of rich aromatics.
Johnny Neill expands on the rich gin-distilling history of his family with fresh and modern takes on the classic spirit. This expression adds Sicilian blood oranges for an extra layer of crisp and citrusy fruitiness.
Well-balanced gin with juniper still at the forefront but with a harmonious balance of herbal and spiced bitters.
Whitley Neill bottled at 43% abv (previously 42%). A London Dry Gin made with African botanicals including extracts from the Baobab Tree (known as the Tree of Life) and Physalis fruit.
Clear color. Aromas and flavors of candied lemon, anise seed, powdered sugar, and pink pepper with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity full body and a peppery, stimulating, very long finish with notes of juniper jam, pine, herbed citrus, and eucalyptus honey. A bold, yet very balanced and approachable navy strength gin that will pop brilliantly in cocktails.
