This traditional white Bordeaux is made by a cooperative of talented winemakers in the picturesque region of Entre-duex-Mers. In the heart of this region you can admire the medieval castle of Rauzan in its vineyard surroundings, which is where this co-op takes its name from.

This terrific Sancerre reveals lemon citrus fruit with a hint of litchi, honey-suckle flavors that race through the pure, mineral-driven dry & fresh finish.
The excellent 2016 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Cras Vieilles Vignes Cuvée Claude Denogent offers up aromas of ripe pears, confit citrus, vanilla pod and mint, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered palate that's deep and powerful but more structured than the voluptuous Clos Reyssié, built around ripe acids and chalky dry extract.
