A fruity, mineral and fine wine will be appreciate for the aperitif especially with oysters. Michel Thomas and his son Laurent took over the estate in 1970 from Michel’s father, who started in 1946. This terrific Sancerre reveals lemon citrus fruit with a hint of litchi, honey-suckle flavors that race through the pure, mineral-driven dry & fresh finish.
Very typical Sauvignon Blanc from this famous region of Loire Valley. Intense with well-bodied roundness. A bit of flintiness holds it all together helping to accentuate the zesty finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood!
