Always a great value, the 2019 Côtes Du Roussillon Villages Les Vignes De Bila Haut is close to equal parts Grenache and Syrah that was destemmed and brought up in concrete and stainless steel. From a fresh attack on Kaffir lime flavors with a hint of aniseed, the mid-palate expresses the elegance of the floral notes found on the nose, leading into a finish that lingers on hints of licorice.
