Fruit comes from the biodynamically-farmed Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills subregion of Willamette Valley, OR and is fermented with native yeasts (nothing added), fermented in large, neutral oak and is naturally clarified without filtration. This hands-off method produces a unique, complex style of Chardonnay with ripe stone fruit, bright acidity and a backbone of minerality.
