The grapes are picked early to ensure that the resulting wine has enough acidity to offer the crisp and tart nature of a rose that is expected.

Following 18 months maturation in oak barrels, the final blend is dark and concentrated with raspberry, blueberry, and plum fragrance, as well as roasted oak, coffee, and soil.
