93 Points, Joe Czerwinski, Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate: “Gandona's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Encosta features scents of crushed stone and pencil shavings layered atop ripe plums and black cherries. While it's full-bodied, with some grainy tannins, it's not unapproachable, with a long, dusty-textured finish.

Plum core, crimson rim with a glossy sheen. There is an otherworldly aromatic element that is hard to define, a natural result of two hemispheres united by one winemaking philosophy. The Arabian spice souk leads the charge: dark, savory spice blends – harissa, baharat, cloves, nutmeg, pimento, cinnamon, fennel, anise. Deli meats provide further appeal: pastrami, jamón ibérico, finocchiona. Generous fruits, fresh punnets of blackberry, cassis liqueur, dehydrated blood orange.
A wine that has acquired an increasingly well-defined identity over the years and that in 2019, also on the strength of a spectacular harvest and the confirmation of the addition of Cabernet Franc in the blend, undoubtedly marks its territorial connotation. It is the purest expression of the Val di Cornia terroir and its specific agronomic identity, which brings two different micro-terroirs into the glass: calcareous soils, rich in iron, sodium and magnesium on the one hand, and micro-elements, combined with the deep clay layer, on the other.
Château ARBO 2019, is a dense purple colour. On the nose, a fine and subtle bouquet revealing notes of blackberries, cherries and peppermint. "Testamatta” – “crazy-head” in Italian - is the best word to describe Bibi Graetz: a positive, creative and passionate person. Testamatta wine expresses the purity, minerality and transparency of Sangiovese from old vines on the top of the hills characterized by soils rich of stones.
