The 2012 is quite pale at the present time, with brilliant green highlights. The nose is well-defined and mineral. Still very young and quite elegant, this wine has yet to reveal its full complexity.
This wine gives aromas of ripe red fruit, blackberry pie, dried cranberries with hints of brown sugar and warm baking spices. Powdery tannins lend structure to this wine, while maintaining elegance and ending in a long lingering finish.

Sal da Terra is comprised of wine from two of Eulogio’s own parcels. The first, Francón, is immediately adjacent to the Ría de Arousa which gives it direct Atlantic influence. The soils are sandy granite and red clay with 35-year-old vines trained on pergolas.
Intrigu is only aged in stainless steel for 6 months, followed by 3 months in bottle, which allows for a transparent presentation of the grape. On the nose there are aromas of balsamic, clove, violets, and black pepper.
