A lively and fruity organic rosé from Provence. Light pink bright color. Aromas of white flowers, peach and citrus on the nose. In the mouth exotic fruit (passion fruit), pink grapefruit and lime. Seductive, fresh and delicate. To enjoy on every occasion!

The grapes come from the southern plots of Château Roubine. The grapes are harvested at night and immediately crushed before undergoing fermentation at low temperatures (15°C - 16°C) to bring out all the aromas and finesse in this refined wine.

Born in Saint-Tropez, Valérie Rousselle consciously experienced the “yéyé” years; a musical movement in the early 1960s with hippie, bohemian and romantic characteristics. As a souvenir, Roubine wants to pay tribute to this 'peace & love' period and the associated lifestyle by creating this wine.
