Qvevri Saperavi is a deep red color wine with dark purple hints, made in traditional ancient way. Nose is intense, offering aromas of fresh ripe red fruits and minty flavours. Mostly peppery on the nose with cherry and blackberry hints. The palate is gentle thanks to depth and freshness provided by humid winds coming from the near ocean.
Tasting Profile: A lighter-bodied, ruby-colored red, with tangy, fruity notes on the palate—cherries, damsons and the like. Richly flavored, with ripe tannins and some acidity. There is a slight, underlying spice to this wine.

Beautifully fruit-driven with sappy cherry aroma; the palate is succulent and dense; with layers of mint and blackberries. After one week of maceration this wine is aged in neutral 2000-liter casks for nine months. Pair with mild to slightly spicy dishes with red meat as well as Spanish and Mexican food.
