A clear ruby red colour, this quietly magnificent Pinot Noir has a seductive, complex aroma of wild strawberry, redcurrant and fresh spice from whole bunches. The palate is medium-bodied, delicate, with great freshness and clarity of fruit expression allied to silky tannin.
Tvishi is a medium-sweet white wine produced from tsolikauri grapes. It's a pale wine with a greenish tint and subtle scents of honeysuckle and apricots. It is delicately sweet but kept fresh and appealing by zesty acid, while the long aftertaste brings back, once more, the floral and fruity aromas.
Mukuzani is made made from saparavi grapes grown on the southern bank of the Alazani River, noted for its excellent location. The wine shows aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate, and a sprinkling of vanilla and spice.
Earth and fruit are both complexly expressed in this nearly-opaque, massive-yet-controlled Pinot from the always impressive Pisoni Vineyard. A melange of dried red flower and black fruits explode on the nose, and the palate bristles with textural notes of potpourri, dark cherry, and watermelon seed.
