A combination of the sky and the ocean, La Maison Bleue is a perfect symbol of the terroir from which it comes. This cuvée has benefited from the warmth of the South-West sun to develop body and complexity, while at the same time enjoying an oceanic climate which gives it freshness and vivacity.
A feinherb or “off-dry” style (around 20-25g/l RS depending on the vintage) named in honor of Johannes’ father, world-renowned winemaker Fritz Hasselbach at the Gunderloch winery. This grows in a very small and special part of Rheinhessen called the Roter Hang meaning the “red hill”.
Our first Chenin Blanc was meticulously harvested early in the season to retain its acidity and aromas. This wine underwent partial aging in the finest oak barrels. Exhibiting a bright straw hue, this well-structured wine boasts aromas reminiscent of fresh spring flowers, guava, ripe citrus fruit, and Anjou pear.
The Gush Etzion Lone Oak Gewürztraminer is a semi-dry white wine full of complexity and flavor that will delight your senses. The wine features a greenish straw color and exudes strong, intense aromas of tropical fruit and floral notes on the nose. The palate is highlighted by delicate and flavorful notes of green apple and pear, with crisp and pleasant acidity and a long, tasty finish.
Gavi is crafted from the Cortese grape cultivated in the sun-drenched Terre del Gavi hills of Piedmont. This distinctive combination of microclimate and clay marl soils results in a crisp and well-balanced wine, boasting an expressive bouquet of floral and vibrant citrus notes which result in a savory freshness. Best served slightly chilled.
Belle Glos Chardonnay from Glasir Holt vineyard boasts a refreshing acidity and a rich mouthfeel with flavors of tropical fruit, lemon zest, and a hint of vanilla. This fabulous wine is composed by 100% Chardonnay and praises the denomination Alto Adige DOC. The vineyards are cultivated in the classic area of Cornaiano, on the hills of Oltradige and in Egna, where the lands reach 500 meters elevation. The soils are mainly composed by minerals, created by sediments that date to the glacial era.
Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru "La Truffière" from Domaine Colin is produced in small quantities and has a beautiful upright character and a sublime mineral balance. The premier cru vineyards of La Truffière lie at the top of the hill looking out over the village of Puligny.
