“The Brooklynites 3.0,” our third orange wine, is made from Gewurztraminer grapes grown in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. The orange hue of this wine comes from the skin contact and maceration during fermentation; the same process that gives red wine its color, tannins and also contributes to its flavor.
Very delicate destemming and crushing to preserve the integrity of the dried grapes followed by a long maceration in contact with skins at 23-24°C for 25 days. Ageing in barrels of 25 HL (70%) and in barriques (30%) for 3 years. Dry, very warm, full bodied and intense wine.
Steak night, game night, or Wednesday night. It doesn't matter. They're all perfect for the winery's Cabernet Sauvignon wine. This medium-bodied wine has no agenda other than inviting you to partake in its rich cherry flavors and toasty vanilla touches of goodness.
Vacceos Tempranillo Roble is a vibrant Spanish red wine from Castilla y León, crafted from carefully selected Tempranillo grapes. Aged in oak barrels, it offers rich flavors of ripe berries, vanilla, and subtle spice with a smooth, well-balanced finish.
