Dry white vintage wine, with its the place of origin exactly predetermined, the pride of Georgian winemakers. The wine is made from the Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape varieties cultivated in the Kakheti region, from the Tsinandali microzone, Georgia.

Meticulous, selective harvesting, sorting, and fermentation process, of four noble grape varietals. followed by aging in high-quality French oak barrels and further aging in the bottle, retained the original fruit flavors. A premium, prestigious wine, with a deep Bordeaux-red color and full, round, balanced taste.
Blackberry, cocoa licorice on the nose. Full-bodied palate with fig and plum fruit, chalky tannins, mineral and chaparral notes on the finish.
A unique blend of 3 noble white grape varietals – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon – from Upper Galilee vineyards at 700m elevation, producing very high quality grapes. On arrival at the winery, whole clusters were gently pressed.
Tasting Notes: A light but fragrant bouquet of herbals flavors, grapefruit, and citrus. “Refreshing” and “Crisp” were words that came to mind when the wine hit the palate. It finishes with more lemon-citrus and mineral hints.
Long ago, a man named Bertin decided to cultivate the same vines in his field as those of the Bèze monks. His wine was so exceptional that his vineyard came to be known solely in reference to him: Bertin's field, or, in French, 'Champ de Bertin', which over the years became'Chambertin'.
