Perrier-Jouët’s famous flower-trimmed bottle, the exquisite Belle Epoque champagne, is one of the most recognizable and well-known wines on the planet. Far less encountered are others in the range, including Rose and Blanc de Blancs.
Notes of English candy, grapefruit, compote fruits, caramel, quince and brioche. The palate is abundant with crystalized citrus fruits, honey and hints of blackberries.
Tradition Brut is a very lively wine with fine bubbles that form a large string against a golden background. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. A fruity nose and delicious, persistent barley sugar and brioche flavors.
Floral and fruity on the nose, shows raspberries, white flowers, pink grapefruit, some Campari, also nuts. The palate is taut, clear and pure, precise fruit, lively acidity, everything is harmonious, the wine has grace and length.
COLOR: Champagne color of pale gold with a pink tint. Wine plays a beautiful little bubbles, creating a gentle foam.
TASTE: Champagne has a strong, fresh taste with good structure and a lovely long finish with hints of apple and berries.
The Carte d'Or cuvee is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach.
