Naveh White is an estate-grown 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine. The grapes are handpicked at our Tel Fares vineyard in the central Golan Heights. The Tel Fares soil is a basaltic, rocky terrain at 750 meters above sea level.
A unique blend of 3 noble white grape varietals – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon – from Upper Galilee vineyards at 700m elevation, producing very high quality grapes. On arrival at the winery, whole clusters were gently pressed.
The blend consists of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot, and 8% Sangiovese from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. This wine pays tribute to the Marsalis family, known as “the first family of jazz.”

This Classico wine is made from grapes grown in the "Mata" vineyard at the heart of the Judean Hills. After traditional vinification, the wine is aged for 10 months in French & American oak barrels.
