Shiloh wines are produced in the heart of an ancient area of vineyards in the Land of Israel. This was produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested by hand from Shiloh's most selected vineyards.
The bouquet is delicate with scents of vanilla and toasted oak. The palate echoes black fruit, raspberry, blueberry, and plums. Its richness in tannins gives it a long and pleasant finish. This wine pairs best with stews, roasted meat, and aged cheeses.
