Bollig-Lehnert Riesling Kabinett 2011

This delicate and very pale yellow colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a mild tangerine and petrol like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly sweet and shows pleasant crispy acidity. The flavor profile is a light clementine with hints of pear, lime and a touch on minerality. The finish is pleasantly sweet and subtle.
