Antiche Terre Amarone
A beguiling, open Amarone, with unadulterated kinds of dark cherry coulis and date, extravagant tannins and layers of preparing zest, orange strip and licorice.
The noblest of wines, created from the best grapes gathered by hand. The grapes are set in cartons and conveyed to a temperature-controlled condition where they will experience a characteristic procedure of drying for a time of 3 to 4 months. The drying concentrates the sugar substance and favors certain organoleptic adjustments, which comprises a major piece of the Amarone mystery. The thick squeeze acquired from the squeezing of the dried grapes is then left to age gradually over a period going from 15 to 20 days. The wine acquired is then isolated in hardened steel tanks, where the malolactic aging is finished. Following this procedure, the wine is moved into oak barriques for the maturing time of 12-year and a half.
