Yarden Galilee Chardonnay Non-Mevushal 2022
Yarden Chardonnay was produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties.
Tasting Notes: Aromatic lemon, pear and pineapple fruit notes, layered with nuances of flowers, mineral and French oak. This balanced full-bodied wine exhibits nice acidity and a lingering finish. While ready to drink now, the wine will continue to develop for a number of years in the bottle, and should stay in great drinking condition for five to seven years from harvest.
Food Pairing: Yarden Chardonnay goes wonderfully with roasted chicken with hazelnuts, pan-seared halibut fillets, smoked salmon mousse canapés, or fettuccine with wild-mushroom sauce.
