Kedem wines are produced using carefully selected grapes grown in some of New York State’s finest vineyards. The wines are produced in Kedem’s own wine cellar by the eighth generation descendants of the winery’s founder.

Grape wine with sugar-beet neutral spirits, the finest-quality raisins, pure, natural ground-ginger flavor, and caramel color. Many enjoy Stone's on its own or over ice, but it is most famously drunk as a 'Whiskey Mac' when mixed with whiskey.

A uniquely sweet and gently tart taste of ume fruit with notes of almond from the pit. Serve straight and slightly chilled or on-the-rocks. Umeshu is a traditional Japanese liqueur made from ume fruit.

Chaucer's Mead uses 100% pure honey from hives throughout Northern California and is composed of a blend of three types; orange, alfalfa and sage. Each of these components brings a unique quality to the blend and contributes to the overall complexity of the wine.

Medium dry with a full body. Blended and aged for a mellow, nutty flavor. Pale Dry Cocktail Sherry is light-bodied, supple, and made in the driest style of most sherries. Alc. 17% by vol.
