50% Marsanne, 25% Clairette, 25% Ugni blanc. Light yellow color, bright and clear with light green highlights. Delicate nose with notes of Provencal herbs, anise, white peach, and white acacia. The Grenache and Clairette is pressed directly into tank upon reaching the cellar where it is fermented and aged on its lees.
