Beautiful crimson color. Inviting aromas of fresh, ripe boysenberry, blackberry, and plum. Secondary aromas of brown spice and fragrant vanilla add a layer of complexity. Full-bodied wine with intriguing flavors of juicy berries, blackcurrants, clove, and a slightly candied violet note.

This dessert wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz grapes. Selective hand harvesting brought only the finest clusters to the winery, where they underwent a three-day controlled cooling.

Deeply saturated, jewel-toned wine. A seductive nose displays aromas of black cassis, lifted violets, and dark-chocolate shavings. Gentle swirling coaxes further notes of cigar box and potpourri which set the stage for a stunning palate layered with flavors of cedar, cracked black pepper, black licorice, and bergamot.

Beautifully textured and balanced, this full-bodied wine represents uncompromising quality, a subtle expression of Casa Raia's organic approach to wine making. The Bevilo name is a playful reference to an old Tuscany drinking song with the words "Bevi lo! Vino fa cantare," meaning "Drink it! Wine makes you sing."
