Wine is Dark Red Color and is distinguished by strong varieties bouquet and aromas, in which are sharply expressed cherry and blackberry tones. It has velvety and rich taste, it is well combined with natural sweetness.

Very beautiful color, steady and deep. A first intense nose of soaked red berries reveals then some spicy notes of clove. The attack is very round. The mouth is ample, supported by very ripe tannins.

Saint-Vincent is considered one of the best value in Médoc. The vines on the estate are 30 years-old in average, planted on a gravely soil. The use of sustainable agricultural techniques certifies the well-being of the plants. These ideal conditions create a perfect combination of fruit-forwardness and tannin backbone.

Dalton's Canaan Red is a flavorful blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. A medium-bodied red wine bursting with flavors of forest fruit, berries, and hints of vanilla and cloves, this is a wine that is easy to drink. Best if served at room temperature, around 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Pairs well with pasta and pizza.

Serve this extraordinary wine as a complement to potato and leek gratin, quick gorgonzola pasta sauce, noodles with beef, risotto with peas mint and lemon, luxurious four-cheese macaroni and cheese, spinach and herb risotto, butternut squash risotto with bacon and sage.

Big and bold dark fruit flavors of blackberry and boysenberry are complemented by rich vanilla and cinnamon spice. The bourbon barrel aging adds richness with a long finish of coconut and black fruit.
