Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with many great vineyards that span a diverse and varied view into a region that many would call the heartland of California Pinot Noir. Our goal is to create a wine that shows the essence of this iconic appellation.

Named in honour of faithful hounds everywhere, Bar Dog offers a well-balanced, refreshing chardonnay. Its aromas and flavours of lifted ripe pineapple fruit, followed by notes of nuts, honey and citrus lead to a fresh finish. Pair with roast chicken, grilled pork chops or vegetarian fare and enjoy with Spot at your side.

Sourced from premium vineyards across California, Bar Dog Pinot Grigio is a tried and true everyday favorite, just like your trusty neighborhood Bar Dog. This Pinot Grigio is crisp and bright on the palate with flavors of peach, pear and guava. The well rounded finished is delightfully decadent.

There’s lots of Chenin between here and Santa Barbara, but there is good reason to traverse all those miles. Of all the sites with which the winery works, Jurassic Park, planted on its own roots on quartz sand atop lime- stone in the late 1970s exhibits the most vintage variation, and small variations create very strong signals in the wine.

Deep ruby red. Hints of strawberry and raspberry with hints of cacao. It is intense and vibrant on the palate, medium body with well rounded tannins to finish.

Penfolds Quantum Bin 98 is the continuation of a twenty-year endeavor from when Australian vine cuttings were planted in Californian soil. Plum core, crimson rim with a glossy sheen. There is an otherworldly aromatic element that is hard to define, a natural result of two hemispheres united by one winemaking philosophy. The Arabian spice souk leads the charge: dark, savory spice blends – harissa, baharat, cloves, nutmeg, pimento, cinnamon, fennel, anise.

Our 2017 Audentia is the embodiment of the distinctive personality of our estate vineyard, crafting a wine of immense concentration, power and complexity. Intense, multilayered, rich and opulent, filled with incredible depth of color, balance and energy.

Our 2019 The Leap Cabernet Sauvignon represents the distinctive personality of our estate vineyard and this fantastic vintage, showing a plethora of lovely dark berry fruits with layered richness and intensity.

Dark ruby color. Light to medium bodied with aromas and flavors of raspberry, tart cherry, spice with a touch of earth. Supple and balanced with a smooth finish.

The 2019 Coeur de Vigne represents a vibrant rendition of a classic Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon. Made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the nose offers rich aromas of blackberry and blueberry that meld with hints of graphite, lavender and thyme.

A chillable, medium weight red reminiscent of a Côte de Brouilly, but unabashedly Californian. Aromas of black plum, mulberry, and wild sage. On the palate, bing cherry, violet, and rosemary.

Try with sausage pizza, pulled pork sandwich, or street tacos.

Aromas of dark cherries, blueberries, bark and sweet spices, such as cinnamon. Medium-to full-bodied with fine-grained tannins. Balanced and velvety with a rich core of fruit. Supple, juicy finish. Drink or hold.

The 2020 Cathiard Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Napa is a remarkable wine that truly embodies the essence of Napa Valley. With its deep red color and enticing aromas, it immediately captivates the senses.

The Founding Brothers is produced in homage to James and William Rennie the founders of the original winery on the property and images of both are portrayed on this label.
