This Syrah is a bit of a stylistic outlier for Bedrock in that it is 12.4% finished alcohol and a more lacey, crunchy, aromatically ethereal wine.

Lovely black cherry and spice aromas lead to a lush palate of blackberry, pomegranate and red fruits. There is some definite weight to the yet the finish remains silky smooth. Very versatile, this wine pairs with a wide variety of foods.

A well-balanced expression of fruit and oak elements fills the palate with cassis, bright cherry, dark berry, toast, cedar, and a hint of vanilla. Round but structured, with well-knit tannins that impart texture and length on the finish.

This approachable Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of berry, plum and earth, followed by cherry, and hints of spice. Full-bodied and smooth with a lingering finish. Enjoy with hearty pasta dishes, lamb, or steak.
