Alazani Valley is an excellent wine cultivated at Eastern Georgia. This wine is produced using selected Saperavi grapes grown in winery's own vineyards. This wine has a rich fruit tones and balanced unique flavor, recommended to be served together with fruits and cheese under the temperature of 60 °F - 65 °F.
The wine appeared in 1981 and is named after the artist Nikolai (Niko) Pirosmanashvili. The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness. Dessert wine, served with fresh fruits, desserts and cream cheeses.

The wine is made from Rkatitseli grape variety from Telavi region using old Georgian traditional technology. Juice fermentation and aging on skins was done in Qvevri for 6 months. Deep cherry red color, with black prune, blackberry, cherry and vanilla tones. The aftertaste is long and spicy with touch of oak, supported by silky tannins. Perfect pair to grilled beef, game and old cheese. Recommended serving temperature 66-68 degrees F.
