Enters the palate with a soft suppleness, peaking with flavors or cassis, dark berries, lavender and nutmeg. Texturous and fills the mouth. The exceptionally long finish displays a harmony of grippiness, vanilla oak and lush fruit.

Overture is the second wine of Opus One. Aged in French oak, Overture is comprised of the five classic Bordeaux varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot.
The wine has a deep ruby-red hue that is framed in rich crimson. Aromas of black cherry and plum, surrounded by roasted coffee beans and vanillin oak accents. The entry is powerful and lush with flavors of bing cherry, blueberry, and cocoa. Soft and velvety tannins round out the finish making this wine approachable and inviting.
