Simmonet Febvre's Petit Chablis was born in vineyards located in the heart of the prestigious French region of Chablis, in Burgundy. It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-19 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 6-8 months on its lees, before being bottled.
Sul Vulcano is a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it presents a refined bouquet of white flowers combined with delicate citrus and vegetable scents, followed by mineral notes of flint. Produced from Kisi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. This golden color wine with aromas of spices, quince and ripe fruits is full-body, with soft tannins and a long harmonious ending. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
Fermented and then aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, the Herzog Special Reserve Reserve Chardonnay is a cool, terroir-oriented wine. While the Russian River Valley's unique climate contributes top notes of lime, chamomile, and tropical fruit, this lovely wine is overlaid with a bouquet of toasty vanilla and oak. Serve as a wonderful companion to grilled fish, veal picata, or grilled vegetables.

Fresh and lively on the palate, with rich citrus, apple, melon and tropical fruit flavors, it culminates in a long finish featuring pleasing mineral and spice tones.
