Gavi is crafted from the Cortese grape cultivated in the sun-drenched Terre del Gavi hills of Piedmont. This distinctive combination of microclimate and clay marl soils results in a crisp and well-balanced wine, boasting an expressive bouquet of floral and vibrant citrus notes which result in a savory freshness. Best served slightly chilled.

Semi-sweet white wine made from grapes of the varieties of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is served as an aperitif and is also combined with seafood, salads, poultry meat, vegetables, fruit and ice cream.

Grapey perfume on the nose, with citrus, blossom, orange jelly and apricot. Ripe and textured on the palate, with more quince jam, mango, apricot juice and a pinch of white spices, balanced by polished acidity and a touch of tannin. The finish is beautifully long with dried yellow fruits. Aged on skins for 6 months, this is a complex yet refined qvevri wine that's instantly enjoyable.
