Intensity of color, rich black and brambly fruits, vanilla bean and roasting coffee aromatics are complemented by remarkable approachability in our Spellbound Petite Sirah. Spellbound Cabernet Sauvignon showcases lush texture and bold dark fruit flavors with a slight hint of oak and spice. Cedar and tobacco aromas complement integrated lively tannins and fill out your palate, allowing the wine to be consumed on its own or with your favorite food.

Like elephants whose size is imposing, Petite Petit is large! A blend of Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot, offering a joyous explosion of color and fun! It reveals remarkable richness with a finish that is slightly dry and seems to linger.

Our Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed, but not crushed, to retain a significant portion of whole berries for fermentation. After a two-day cold soak, fermentation began giving the wine a breadth and depth of aromas and flavors.

Oak aging has enhanced the primary fruit profile with engaging aromas reminiscent of cloves, toast, and dark-roast coffee. This wine is designed with a sense of depth, framed by soft, silky tannins and balanced acidity for which Souverain has long been known.

The 2021 J. Lohr Estates Los Osos Merlot presents mature red colorwith a raspberry hue. Brambly fruit aromas of plum and pomegranate are integrated with a barrel signature of mocha and baking spice.

J. Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is red-purple in color with a bright hue at release. Fruit aromas are black cherry, plum and blueberry accented with a barrel bouquet of toasted pastry, dark caramel, and vanilla.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is big and lush with huge gobs of fruit in the aroma and flavor. The texture of the wine is soft and supple, typical of cabernet sauvignons grown in the Oakville AVA. Pair with "a slab and a cab," Dennis Groth recommends you drink his cabernet sauvignon with steak.
