Val de Mer Chablis 2022 is crafted from three distinct parcels, including Des Couverts, Prehy, and Lignorelles, each contributing to its unique character. This wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel to maintain its bright and fresh qualities.

The nose is zippy with citrus aromas of lemon and tangerine, stone fruits and toasted oak. The medium-weight palate is marked by refined minerality and oak supporting a ripe palate of pear, lemon cream and fresh apple flavors.
